Common questions about sponsorship and donations

Recognition is based on your donation tier. All donors receive certificates and acknowledgment letters. Bronze level and above get their logos featured on our website. Higher tiers include website features, event recognition, media mentions, and strategic partnership announcements.

Yes, absolutely! We encourage multiple donations. All contributions within a calendar year are aggregated to determine your recognition tier. You can donate monthly, quarterly, or as often as you wish. Each donation is acknowledged, and your cumulative giving determines your benefits.

Individual donors are valued partners in our mission. Recognition includes thank you certificates, acknowledgment letters, and inclusion in our annual report (with permission). Individuals reaching Bronze level (R1,000+) can have their names (or company names) featured on our website. We personally contact and thank significant donors based on their contribution level.

We accept various payment methods including bank transfers, credit/debit cards via secure online payment gateways, EFTs, and mobile payments. Corporate donors can also arrange structured payment plans. All donations are tax-deductible, and we provide Section 18A certificates for South African taxpayers.

Yes! In-kind donations of services, equipment, or expertise are highly valued. These include professional services (legal, accounting, marketing), equipment donations, venue space, training materials, or mentorship hours. In-kind contributions are valued at market rates and count toward your recognition tier.

Funds are allocated to three main areas: 70% to program delivery (entrepreneurship training, business grants, mentorship), 20% to operational costs (staff, administration, monitoring), and 10% to fundraising and outreach. We provide detailed annual reports and specific impact reports for major donors showing exactly how their contributions created change.
